Over 20 years of experience as a dental hygienist, Louise has had a keen interest in breathing and sleep and how this can affect your oral health as well as general health. Being a mouth breather for most of her life, she was keen to sort her own breathing and sleep.
In order to help patients more and increase her knowledge, Louise qualified as a myofunctional therapist in 2025. Louise
