Dr Jabbar is a dentist with over 15 years of experience across NHS, private practice, and hospital maxillofacial departments. She graduated from the University of Bristol and is a Member of the Joint Dental Faculties at the Royal College of Surgeons of England. Her work focuses on the relationship between breathing, sleep, and oral function. She has advanced training in dental sleep medicine and orofacial myofunctional therapy (including the YTM® Diploma) and is currently training in the Buteyko Breathing Method. She also works as a Dental Clinical Lead in urgent dental care services and has published research in the British Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Strong believer of holistic healthcare and views Myofunctional Therapy as a gateway to holistic health.
